Restock accepts credit card payments including Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Paypal, Visa Electron, and SEPA/international wire transfers.
Your credit card will not be charged before the ordered goods have been shipped - unless another agreement has been made between the customer (you) and Restocked.dk. All prices listed on restocked.dk include taxes. The website displays prices in the following currencies:

Japanese Yen (JPY)
All payments made on Restocked.dk, are directed through a secure payment channel that encrypts all information with SSL encryption.
Shipment processing time
We strive to fulfill and ship all orders placed within 1 business day. In case we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If any significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping and handling fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout along with estimated delivery times. You will be given with a track and trace number upon shipping of your item(s) Once the order has been fulfilled, the average delivery times are 1 -3 business days (DK) and 5 - 8 business days (Rest of the world) depending on the delivery method and region.
Shipping estimates by carrier:
Denmark: Postnord and DAO.
Rest of the world: Postnord Home Delivery.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Denmark.
Delivery to countries outside the EU
When ordering from outside the European Union additional taxes may be added to your ordered items. Our delivery price does not include duty and custom charges - these taxes are calculated by the destination country, and you may be required to pay additional domestic sales taxes on receipt of delivery. All charges for import duties, customs clearance and/or taxes are covered by the customer (you) If you are unsure whether additional taxes may apply to your purchase, you are advised to contact your local customs office for further information on import regulations.
Warranty and return policy
Return and refund policy
Restocked will grant you a full refund if you meet the following criteria: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (unless stated otherwise on your order). Returned items will be inspected, when we get them back, and you will be notified regarding your refund as soon as possible. Buyer (you) is responsible for covering any associated shipping costs when returning a product.
Return and refund inquiries must be made via the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the date of delivery;
The condition of returned products within the 14 day period
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. We do not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper handling of the item. The item must also include original packaging and a receipt/proof of purchase. If the product has been used, it will be considered of less value, and you will either not get any refund or receive a smaller amount than stated on the order invoice - based on our judgment and estimates. Restocked is not liable for delays caused by the shipping company, nor can Restocked be held responsible for damages to the product inflicted during shipping.
Please note that all shoes come with an attached plastic band - if this band is broken, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. This is clearly stated on a sign attached to the shoe(s).
Warranty & Complaints
We are sorry to hear that one of our products is defective, despite our comprehensive quality control.
When buying a product a restocked you will be given a legal warranty of 2 years under EU law. Claims covered by the warranty can be made on presentation of a valid receipt/proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages to the product caused by normal use, wear, accidents, and improper use. If your product contains defects on arrival, you must notify restocked within a reasonable time frame - a reasonable time frame is considered within 2 months of receiving the product. Shipping fees associated with returning the product will not be covered.

If the returned products have been delivered as COD (Cash on delivery), the warranty claim will not be received.

We do not share, rent, nor sell your personal information. Your personal information is stored in our database, and you may request the information to be removed at any given time.

When you preorder a product from our website, we reserve the rights to charge the full amount on the date of ordering. When the product is in stock, you will be notified by email with further details regarding the delivery of your ordered product(s)
